How to run the demo

Open the teacher view first, then the student view in a second tab or window. Doubts, upvotes and presence travel between them live — post a doubt as the student and it appears in the teacher's column immediately.

Switch away from the student tab and the teacher's viewer panel moves you to idle and then away. The rest of the class is simulated: students drift, late joiners arrive, doubts come in.
